Nestled in a sunlit corner of a private courtyard in the heart of Tervuren, Hyggehus offers contemporary nomads a pleasant habitat where art meets design. While the architectural shell of the house is a reminiscence of the old 18^th – century building, the newly refurbished loft interior offers an immersive stay in a Scandinavian design atmosphere fusing with contemporary art. The Hyggehus residence offers a spacious combined kitchen and living space opening up to a private terrace. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom, a second room and a bathroom with all essentials. 

Hyggehus hosts 1 to 3 guests for a short and long stay in a cosy town house with the luxuriousness and high comfort of modern Nordic design. Experiencing the feeling of 'hygge' in this private residence by slowing down from urban life and to reconnect with nature in the woods, either alone, with your loved ones or in excellent company is our ambition.

The terrace is accesible by the living room. It has an electrical sun canopy.

The dining/working area offers a place up to six persons. It has a bar with glasses for special occasions. 

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and a four burner ceramic cookplate.

The private parking spot is optional. It's located 200 meters from Hyggehus.
